Hi I'm Sam Im a 18 year old Motorsport photographer from the UK.
In 2022 I started taking photos at motorsport events attending the British GT Silverstone 500 in May that year, the photos aren't on here but I've put a link to them. In between the this and my next race at brands hatch I started to teach myself photography and photo editing which helped for my second race, which is on here from - Brands Hatch 2022. This is where I really started to improve learning how to pan whilst there. By Donington I had been featured on a team and a drivers social media. (Datum Motorsport and Archie Rees).
Going into my 2nd year shooting as a spectator my aim was to build a portfolio to eventually make it my career. Over the 6 races in 2023 I built a portfolio I'm happy with, with stand out images like the Porsche 991.2 at Silverstone which got me featured on the British GT website and instagram account. Another highlight of the year was Newbridge Motorsport (GT4 European Series Team) posting some of my photos from the 24 hours of Spa weekend.
Onto 2024 my 3rd year, and my first working with a team/ driver with E3 Sport and Jude Peters allowing me to shoot with and for them this season. Following Judes story of going from sim to reality and scholarship winner to Freshman champion. Towards the end of the year making posters for both E3, Jude and a few other drivers.
2025, I continued to cover Judes career as he heads to Europe to compete in the Ligier European series which has been an amazing experience taking me to some of Europes best tracks including Barcelona and Spa. 2025 is also the first year of my photography degree at OBU, with my work continuing to be shared across many channels from the BBC to team social medias.

I've had the pleasure to see Sam work, while we both worked for E3 Sport's driver Jude Peters. His work is top quality, and he's very knowledgeable and works very well. While we work in a very a fast paced environment (i.e., Race Team), in which we often rush and need to be completely undisturbed, Sam always knew when to get up close for some close action shots and when to work from the sidelines, which is very appreciated as an engineer or mechanic. His photographs are up there with the pros of the craft, and he is also a great person to talk and converse with. He will be a very good addition to any team that wishes to work with him.
